We are a community-based program/clinic providing mental health, psychiatrics reha bilitation and social services of high standards to people of all ages in Maryland , Baltimore Cities and counties. Our staffs include licensed clinical social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, licensed clinical professional counselors, and support staff.

Our vision is to work in partnership with consumers, their families and with other community hospitals, agencies and resources to provide effective treatment, support and care to enable our clients to achieve optimal quality of life in a timely manner.

Our Goal:

Our goal is to assist individuals suffering from serious mental illness achieve the earliest and most successful community reintegration at the most independent level through comprehensive assessment, consultation, treatment and rehabilitation.
